Note: If the peyote does not appear in game and you have never picked it up before, then quit your game and open it again. (If you collect all 27 Peyote plants, these will appear again)

You need to fly on the second floor OR get a truck to climb on the roof as shown on the left picture.

You need to fly on the roof with helicopter for example.

Notice the boat on the stones (Shown in the picture)

There are 3 options how to get on the hill: (1. Jump with a vehicle on the hill from the upper hill. 2. Try to ride on the vehicle from the bottom (I recommend a motorcycle). 3. Fly on it with a helicopter.)

Located next to the red flag (Shown in the picture).
